Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent by us, as well as one via USPS.
International Orders - All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Most small, lightweight items can be shipped using First Class Airmail, but this service does not include a tracking number. For heavier (over 4 pounds) and more expensive (over $50 USD) shipments, Priority International Airmail service must be used, which does include a tracking number.
Delivery Time - Domestic US Addresses
Most domestic orders shipped via 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail will arrive in a few business days. Media Mail shipments of books can take a few days longer, but you should normally expect to receive your book within 14 business days (usually quicker).
Delivery Time - International Addresses
International orders vary with the delivery destination, but 90% are delivered in 10-14 business days. Once in a while, a package gets delayed in customs and can take 30 days to get delivered. Please understand that we will send you the customs or tracking number information at the time of shipment and we have no way to track the package until after 30 days.
