Product Availability

We take pride in filling 99.999% of every order. On a rare occasion that we are out of stock of an individual item, but we expect to restock that item within the next 7 days, we will ship your order in two shipments (at no additional expense to you). The bulk of your order will be shipped immediately; the expected item will be "back ordered" and shipped separately (at our expense) within 7 days.

If we don't expect to restock the item within 7 days, we will simply refund the item's price and adjust the shipping charges as well. That refund will be processed prior to shipment of any goods and you will be notified by email about the issue.
